When you asked me for a reference letter on the System and our opinion of this equipment, I was very glad to do so for the following reasons.

We originally installed the System in our building in 1988. In 1999, we took advantage of the rebate offer on the equipment, and purchased the new upgraded system.

We have been very pleased with the benefits we have received from this system over the past 18 years.

Before installing the equipment in 1988, we would get power surges all the time which would burn motors and effect the efficiency of our equipment. We lost 2-3 motors every year. however, after installing the System, we may loose 1 motor every 3-4 years and this is probably from age of the equipment.

Our motors now run more efficiently and our surge and power problems have been completely eliminated.

We have also seen our electrical bill decreased. With the new system installed in 1999, we saw a decrease of 15.4% in our energy usage.

Over the years Western Watt has given us very good service and stood behind their product. I would recommend this equipment to other businesses who want to correct power problems, eliminate surge problems, and reduce electric power consumption.
