Dear Mary:

When you contacted me and asked if I would be willing to explain to prospective Western Watt customers why I purchased the Protector system and how my business has benefited from its use, I was glad to do so for the following reasons.

Back in 1995, before purchasing the Protector, we were experiencing surges, spikes, and other power-related problems, which were greatly affecting the operation of our analog electrical equipment. It was also about this time that we were switching from analog to digital equipment. I knew that the new digital equipment was much more sensitive than the analog and I was very concerned that the surges and spikes in the power flow would damage the new computers and digital equipment. I also knew that with digital equipment it is very important to keep the power clean and at a constant level to maximize production and minimize wear and tear. The main reasons I purchased the Protector from Western Watt was for protection and power conditioning.

After installing the Protector, our power problems were completely eliminated and we have continued to be free of any surges, spikes, equipment loss or power related problems over the years.

Cost savings! We immediately saw a sizable reduction in our monthly electric bill. This was an added bonus, because as I already stated, I purchased the system for protection and power conditioning. We have continued to see the savings in our monthly electrical usage.

Recently, the new Protector system became available. I immediately upgraded to this system to take advantage of the added features and benefits.

I would be glad to speak to prospective Western Watt customers and explain first-hand how my business has benefited and saved with the use of the Protector system. They may call me at (602) 249-2900.

Cordially,

John Zanotti,
Owner
