To Whom It My Concern,

The system was introduced to our school distort in June of 1988. At the time the System was introduced to us, our El Mirage School was experiencing computer problems. I approved the purchase of the System, hoping it would solve the computer problems. Once the System was installed, our computer problems were greatly reduced.

The initial 60-day analysis for El Mirage School was an average kilowatt reduction of 16%, which in turn reduced the El Mirage electric bill substantially.

After all this was documented, I approved another purchase of the System for our Dysart High school. Again, I was requested that Western Watt, Inc. conducted the same 60-day analysis for Dysart High School. When the analysis was complete it showed that the high school was receiving an average kilowatt reduction of 16.8%.

I can honestly say that since the Systems were installed, the two schools have had no problems with any of its computers or equipment. The electric bill forth schools has shown that the units are doing what Western Watt, Inc. claimed they would.

Western Watt, Inc. has been very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Western Watt, Inc. to other school districts and businesses that would like to reduce their electric bill besides protecting their computers and equipment from harmful surges and spikes.
